These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of recruit.carefreeboats.com (this "site"), the licensee-recruitment site operated by Carefree Boat Club Network, LLC ("Carefree Boat Club," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Our Website Terms & Conditions govern carefreeboats.com. These Terms govern this site. Where these Terms are silent, those Terms apply to your use of this site as well — including their dispute-resolution section, which provides for binding individual arbitration and waives class actions, and their indemnification and DMCA provisions. Please read them.
What this site is
This site describes the opportunity to open and operate a Carefree Boat Club location as a licensee, and lets you request the licensee prospectus or submit an application. Everything on it is general information for prospective licensees. It is not legal, tax, financial, or business advice, and you should consult your own advisors before making any investment decision.
Applications and the prospectus
- An application is not an offer and does not grant you anything. Submitting an application, or requesting the prospectus, does not create a license, a business relationship, or any obligation on our part. A license exists only under a written agreement signed by Carefree Boat Club Network, LLC.
- Applying does not reserve a market. Availability in any market can change at any time, including while your application is under review, and we may decline any application for any lawful reason. Any territorial rights a licensee holds are the ones set out in the signed license agreement; nothing on this site creates them.
- The prospectus is released by us, by hand. It is confidential business information, it is not downloadable from this site, and we decide whether and when to send it. If you receive it, treat it as confidential.
- The license agreement controls. If we and you reach an agreement, its written terms govern the relationship and supersede anything on this site, in the prospectus, or in any conversation.
- Your information must be accurate. You agree that what you submit is true and complete and that you are authorized to submit it. We rely on it when we evaluate applications.
- We may contact you. By submitting the form you agree we may reach you at the email address and phone number you provide about your application and this opportunity. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time.
Not a franchise offer
Carefree Boat Club operates a licensing model, not a franchise. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, a franchise.
